"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself for me." - Galatians 2:20

HE IS FAITHFUL

Hello Friends!  The boxes are still getting unpacked as we settle into our new home.  Taking a few weeks from writing has helped me be able to focus my attention while I strive to bring clarity and calm to the chaos and confusion.

Please welcome my friend, Jamie Britt.  I met her through a mutual blogging friend and am blessed by her friendship.  She is an encouragement! Her ministry is powerful as her personal testimony shines the light and hope of Christ to others.  Today's post is sure to minister to you.  Please visit Jamie's website (www.encouragingwomen-strength.blogspot.com) to support and encourage her back. :)    Hester,

"Lord, You're So Faithful! Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness." (Lamentations 3:22-23, NKJV)

"Great is thy Faithfulness, Great is thy faithfulness. Morning by morning, new mercies I see, All I have needed, Thy hand hath provided. Great is thy faithfulness, Lord unto me." The words to this hymn mean so much to me.
I could tell story after story of the faithfulness of God.

Here is my story: I was born three months premature, weighing only one pound fourteen ounces, at birth. My parents were told I would never make it through my first night. Well, here I am twenty-four years later. And, our God is still faithful! Not only did I make it through the first night; I also made it through a six month hospital stay. With all the surgeries I've had to endure and through physical struggles like my blindness, I'm still saying "My God is so faithful!"  I never dreamed I would get the privilege to do what I do: ministering to over 100 women through my writing!

Now, I would like to hear some of your stories. In the comments section, share with other readers how God has been faithful in your life. Your story could be what someone needs to hear. Ladies, your story could change a life!

Lord, thank You for being so faithful to me...even when I've not been faithful to You. Lord, I give You praise for all things. Thank You for being faithful!  Lord, I love You and praise You. In Jesus Name, Amen.

  2. Hi sweet Jamie! Your testimony is such an encouragement, especially for those of us who know more of your story. I'm so excited to see you guesting for Hester!

As for God's faithfulness to me: my blessings are kinda like Abraham's descendants --> too numerous to count! But one HUGE one is the blessing of friends and encouragers. I'm grateful every day!

    Love, Susan
